Terms and conditions for all services...please read!

Picking up Policy

  1. Pick up location: Orlando, FL ...address will be given the day before pickup!

  2. Be mindful of the time YOU HAVE selected and or agreed upon........PLEASE BE ON TIME!

  3. You will be given a 10-minute grace period...after that you will be charged $5 per minute (payment is due upon arrival or no product will be exchanged until payment has been made!)

  4. If you are going to be late...please give us a courtesy call @ (321)566-7116

  5. We understand things happen for example: car trouble/getting lost/highway delays, so please pick your time accordingly.

Shipping Policy

  1. We use Fed Ex overnight delivery only!​

  2. Shipping price depends on the weight of items ordered and distance shipped from Orlando, Florida to your location.

  3. There is no Set shipping price

  4. Some items are subject to pick up only, because of high level of damage possibility (Example: strawberries)

  5. These can be shipped, but at the client's risk only and knowing may occur

  6. Months of October, November, December, January, February and March we guarantee the package (meaning if damaged due to extreme weather conditions, we will refund you for the damaged items only

  7. Months of April, May, June, July, August & September order at your own risk (meaning if the items are damaged due to extreme weather conditions...WE ARE NOT LIABLE and NO REFUNDS or exchanges will be offered

  8. If after we have shipped your package and Fed Ex has delayed shipment due to extreme weather, natural disasters or another uncontrollable event....WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR THIS DELAY!!

Terms and Conditions

  1. PAYING A RETAINER FEE MEANS YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

  2. A 50% retainer fee which is NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE is required in order to book a date. It is understood that your retainer fee will hold the date selected and no other date.

  3. The remaining balance of your order is due 3 weeks prior to your shipping date and/or pick up date. It is understood that you are responsible for paying your balance on or before that EXACT date and not a day later (unless previously discussed).

  4. A reminder will NOT be sent to remind you of your payment. It is your knowledge and mine that if the balance isn't paid then your order will NOT be filled.

  5. Given us creative freedom and you are not satisfied with the end result...NO REFUNDS will be given.

  6.  We ship to the address given when shipping is calculated (changing the address will result in different shipping calculations) signatures are always required.

  7. The person paying the retainer fee is the only person we will allow to make changes to the order!

      360 Rental Contract

            ​​

  1. Set up and operation of the 360 photobooth for the duration of the event.

  2. If indoors a wall outlet must be provided for use

  3. Sharing station will be provided for receiving videos 

  4. Videos will contain a custom frame and music of choice from client

  5. 6 ft space is required to set up and to safely run the booth

  6. Any balloon decor will also be set up in the allotted/required time frame.
